Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Smart TV, and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double, twin, and a single, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed lawn garden with seating, along with off-road parking for four cars. Within 1.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.4 miles, a pub. Please note, this property welcomes one well-behaved dog, but is non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power and bed linen are all included in the rent. Highchair on request. Bring your loved ones to make memories at Kenfig Farm. Please note: Towels are not provided, please ensure you bring your own. Please note: This property can only accept check ins on a Monday or a Friday. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
