The Carse is a stunning detached, single-storey lodge sitting on the outskirts of Errol, Perthshire and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen offering an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, a dining area with seating for six people, and a sitting area with a Smart TV and an electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite shower room, two further doubles, along with a shower room. Outside, there is private rear decking with furniture and a hot tub, as well as communal parking at an on-site car park. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop and a pub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost. Please be aware that this is a pet-free and a non-smoking property. A memorable stay awaits at The Carse. Note: There are steps leading up to the decking, please take care. Note: There is an on-site bar/restaurant, but it is only available for private functions. Note: WiFi is currently only available in the communal areas.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
