The Earn is a fabulous spa lodge resting on the Silverwood Luxury Lodges site in Errol, Perth and Kinross and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, dining seating for four people, and a sitting room with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of two doubles, one of which has an en-suite shower room, both have Jack-and-Jill access to a bathroom with jacuzzi spa bath and heated towel rail, along with a shower room. Outside there is a garden with private decking with furniture, as well as off-road parking available in large on-site car park. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted at this property. Treat your loved ones to a getaway they will never forget at The Earn.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
