This detached cottage is located near the market town of Crieff in Scotland, and can sleep sixteen people in eight bedrooms.  Tulchan Lodge is a detached cottage resting near the Scottish market town of Crieff, in Perth and Kinross. Hosting eight bedrooms; two first floor king-size doubles with en-suite, a first floor king-size double, two first floor twin, a second floor king-size double, and two second floor twin rooms, along with two shower rooms and a bathroom, this property can sleep up to sixteen people. Inside you will also find a cloakroom, kitchen with dining area and seating area, utility, dining room, sitting room with woodburning stove and a conservatory. To the outside is ample off road parking and a lawned garden to the front with furniture and a barbecue. Situated in a pleasant location and close to tourist attractions, Tulchan Lodge is a wonderful retreat in a memorable part of Scotland. This property only accepts bookings that commence on Friday.

Gas AGA Range cooker, electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview and Sky Q, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchairs on request. Ample off-road parking. Lawned garden to front with furniture, firepit and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, ask if wanting to bring more than 2 dogs. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 9 miles. Note: Mobile phone reception can be variable at this property. Note: There is an unfenced pond in the front garden, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Access is by farm track, normal vehicles should drive with care. Note: This property has a local private water supply which serves Glenalmond College and most properties in the glen. Note: Dogs to be kept in the kitchen, utility and garden room areas only.Dogs must also be kept on a lead at all times when outside. Note: Check in for this property is 4.30pm. Please note: WiFi can be intermittent due to location. Note: This property is based on a working estate/farm, please do not access the fields due to livestock

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
