Osprey View in Aberfeldy, Perth and Kinross sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. Osprey View is a single-storey property with an open-plan living space with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double and a twin, along with a shower room. There is a private front decking area with furniture and hot tub, off-road parking for two cars and an EV charging point is on request. Within 0.8 miles you will find a shop, within 0.9 miles, a pub and within 0.1 miles, a River Tay and this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are also available on request. The property accepts a minimum of 3 nights stay. Access is via a graveled country track. Please note commercial vehicles are not allowed to be parked on site. Please note in bad winter weather that the access road is fairly steep and four salt/grit bins with shovels are provided on site by the roadside for use by guests in the event of snow

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
