This end-terraced cottage on the edge of the Perthshire town of Aberfeldy sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. Bruadair is a Grade II listed, end-terrace cottage situated on the outskirts of the market town of Aberfeldy in Perthshire. This cottage set over three floors sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double with en-suite shower room, a double and two second floor twins, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with electric fire, and a sun room. Outside there is roadside parking, and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Bruadair is a superb cottage close to many walks, cycle routes, and attractions, such as Dewar's World of Whisky.

Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, iPod dock, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Roadside parking next to cottage. Lockable bike storage. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Second floor is accessed via a spiral staircase, and there is reduced head height on the top landing. Note: Twin bedrooms have sloping ceilings.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
