The property sleeps two in one king-size double bedroom, served by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. There is an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and seating area with electric fire. Outside, there is a patio area with seating opposite the property, as well as off-road parking. The Hayloft is a romantic retreat for those wanting to explore the Peak District National Park. Note: There is no outside space.

Underfloor heating with electric fire. Convection oven/microwave, 2-burner induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Secure parking is available for two cars directly outside the property on a private, gated driveway. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Supermarket 2 miles, local shop and pub within 0.1 mile. Please note: This property does not accept children of any age, this is an adult only property. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
