Upstairs is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area, plus a shower room. Outside is a lawned garden with a private hot tub, as well as ample off-road parking with convenient nearby road access to local tourist spots and Manchester is also only a 30 minute taxi ride away. Upper House Barn is perfect for a family getaway, any time of year. Note: Two well behaved dogs welcome. Can all pets please remain in the upstairs of the Barn. Plenty of dog walking available from the property itself. There is also a commercial nearby dog walking field approx 2 miles away.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
