This charming, semi-detached barn conversion on the edge of Wetton can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  Stable Barn is a semi-detached barn conversion on a working farm in Wetton, close to good walking and cycling. The cottage has a double and a twin room along with a shower room upstairs. Downstairs is a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an electric woodburner-effect fire. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars and a front courtyard with a bench. Stable Barn is perfectly placed for the village pub serving food, walking and cycling, or for enjoying the Peak District's many pretty towns, villages and stately homes.

Electric storage heaters with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Wifi, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books. Electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared front courtyard with bench. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 miles, pub 1 min walk. Note: Cottage is on a working farm, some farm traffic to be expected.There is a £20.00 per pet supplement

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
