The Manor House is a magnificent Grade II listed holiday home resting in Marston Montgomery near Rocester, in Derbyshire and can sleep twelve people in six bedrooms.  Set across three floors and hosting five bedrooms, including a super-king-size with Jack-and-Jill access to a bathroom, two doubles, a second-floor family room and a further family room with Jack-and-Jill access to a bathroom, along with a bathroom, a ground-floor wet room and a first-floor cloakroom, this property can sleep up to ten guests. There is also a kitchen/diner with a woodburning stove, a utility, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a snug. The property is heated via oil central heating, with underfloor heating provided in the kitchen/diner. The kitchen is fit with a range oven and hob, a microwave, kettle, toaster, American-style fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, whilst the utility comprises of a washing machine and tumble dryer. For entertainment purposes, there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power a starter pack of logs for the woodburning stoves, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental price. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
