This exceptional stone built detached farmhouse has wonderful views and sleeps up to nine people. This detached stone farmhouse has outstanding views across the Monsal Valley and has been restored to provide exceptional accommodation. The property has a wealth of character with its exposed beams and stone floors and is finished to a high standard. There are four bright and restful bedrooms, an elegant bathroom with a roll top bath to luxuriate in after a busy day and a further shower room. The kitchen is well appointed and boasts a fabulous range cooker, the dining area is in the comfortable sitting room which houses a magnificent fireplace with wood burner and there is a cosy snug with another wood burner. A large grassy area surrounds the farmhouse along with a patio and barbecue. A tremendous property for a family holiday.

Note: Property accessed via uneven farm track of approx. 0.75 miles; can be tricky to negotiate in parts, low suspension vehicles not recommended.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
