This lovely cottage is in the village of Chelmorton near to Buxton and can sleep two people in one bedroom.  Five Wells Barn is a lovely cottage situated in the village of Chelmorton just four miles from Buxton. The cottage can sleep two people in one double bedroom together with shower room. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside is ample off road parking and a private patio with furniture. Five Wells Barn is an ideal base for exploring this beautiful part of the country.

Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, Smart TV with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Secure bike storage. Private patio with furniture. Stabling for horses. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1 mile.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
