Parkfields House consists of a kitchen/diner with a dining table for 10, gas-fired Aga, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, a utility room with a WC, washing machine, and tumble dryer, and a dining room with seating for 10. There is a conservatory, a sitting room with a fireplace, and TV, and a snug with a TV and gas fire. A cloakroom with a WC and basin completes the ground floor. The bedrooms include two king-size rooms with en-suites, a double room, and two twin rooms with basins. There is a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, and a separate WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with a lawn, gravelled area, furniture, a heated swimming pool with a retractable roof, a tennis court, and off-road parking for four cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Shop and pub in 0.4 miles. Whatever the weather, a wonderful stay awaits at Parkfields House. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
