Robin Cottage - 2 The Meadows is a mid-terrace cottage located in the village of Darley Dale near Matlock in Derbyshire, and can sleep three people in two bedrooms. The living areas include a kitchen/diner housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dining seating for four, and a sitting room with woodburning stove and TV with free access to Amazon Prime Video and Disney+. The bedrooms consist of a double and single served by a bathroom. To the outside is an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture, along with off-road parking for 2 cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Within 0.8 miles there is a shop and within 0.7 miles, a pub. Robin Cottage - 2 The Meadows is an idyllic retreat for families and couples, whatever time of year. Please note, dogs must be kept off furniture and there may be associated noise from the main road.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
