This detached barn conversion near Ashbourne sleeps five people in three bedrooms Woodside Barn is a detached barn conversion situated in the village of Mugginton, close to the hamlet of Hulland Ward, near Carsington Water, Ashbourne and the Peak District National Park. This cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms, consisting of one zip/link super king-size double, a double and a single room, as well as a bathroom and ground floor shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, an enclosed gravelled garden with patio, furniture and barbecue and use of the owner's field. Woodside Barn is an excellent base for a cottage holiday in the Peak District area.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, games and DVDs, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage. Enclosed gravelled garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Shared use of field. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub opposite. Note: Field is not fully enclosed. Note: There is a late check-out fee at property if not checked out by 10AM.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
