Outside is plenty of off road parking, an enclosed rear patio and an enclosed garden with football pitch. Perfect for discovering South Yorkshire and the Peak District, Hartcliffe View is a superb family-sized holiday home.

Four electric ovens and gas hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer with ice maker/filtered water, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto Coffee machine. 10 x TVs (9 with FreeSat, including 70" Ultra HD TV with Sky+ family package & Sky Sports), on demand and catch up TV and PlayStation 3 in sitting room and Smart TV in ground floor twin, Sky Fibre super fast Broadband (WiFi), selection of books, board games, PlayStation 3 games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 1 x full sized cot, 1 x travel cot, 3 x highchairs and 1 x stairgate. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
