This superb 17th century, Grade II listed detached cottage is situated on the edge of the village of Holmesfield, ten miles from Sheffield and sleeps fifteen people in five bedrooms. The Old Robin Hood is a wonderful 17th century, Grade II listed detached cottage situated 0.7 miles from the village of Holmesfield, ten miles from Sheffield on the edge of the Peak District National Park. This cottage sleeps fifteen people in five bedrooms, set over the ground and first floors with a mix of king-size doubles and twins, many with additional pull-out beds, together with a bathroom with roll-top bath. The cottage also has a kitchen with breakfast bar, a sitting room with dining area and woodburner and a games room with pool table. Outside there's ample off road parking and a lawned garden with patio, hot tub and furniture. The Old Robin Hood is a beautiful retreat for a family or group of friends.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
