The Cottage, Orgreave near Alrewas, Staffordshire, sleeps four in two bedrooms. The Cottage consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dining seating for four, and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with en-suite shower room and a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower room. Outside there is rear enclosed garden with patio, furniture, and swimming pool, plus off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.9 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the price. Explore Staffordshire with a delightful stay at The Cottage. Please Note: The swimming pool is only open from the end of April - the end of September, The swimming pool (and pool garden) is part of the main residence and access times are: Mon- Friday 9-12 pm and 3-6pm Saturday and Sunday 9-12 pm (flexibility can be discussed upon request prior to booking). Please Note: Tennis court available on request, Tennis court (accessed via the rear of the property) - booking and equipment available upon request. Please Note: The property cannot accept children under 8 year olds mid may sept 8-7. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
