Barks Cottage near Oakamoor, Staffordshire sleeps five guests in two bedrooms. The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a breakfast bar, and a living/dining room with seating for five guests, a TV and an open fire. The bedrooms consist of a double and a family room with an adult bunk and single, along with a shower room. Outside there is a private garden with furniture, ample off-road parking and an EV charging point. Within 3.7 miles you will find a shop and within 2.1 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A cot and highchair are also available. Barks Cottage is a wonderful escape for a family in Staffordshire. Note: Family room can be arranged as a twin to sleep 2 guests. Note: The garden is not enclosed. Note: Dog sitting service by arrangement. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
