This stone-built cottage is in the village of Great Longstone near to Bakewell and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  The Nook is a lovely stone-built cottage situated in the village of Great Longstone just four miles from Bakewell in the Peak District National Park. The cottage can sleep four people and has one double bedroom and one twin together with family shower room. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is a private front garden with patio and furniture and veranda with furniture. The Nook is an ideal base for exploring this lovely part of the country.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car, plus roadside parking 150 yards away, on first come, first served basis. Bike storage. Veranda with furniture and private front garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and two pubs 2 mins walk. Note: Children over 10 years of age only. Note: This property has some low ceilings. Note: There are steep stone steps alongside the property and a water feature, therefore this property isn't suitable for children under the age of 10.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
