Manor Barn Cottage is a delightful barn conversion resting in Great Longstone, Derbyshire and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and a dishwasher, and a living/dining room with a TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link) and a king-size, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden with a patio, and off-road parking for one car, with further parking for another car approximately 50 yards away. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1, a pub. This property does not accept pets or smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost. A highchair and cot are also included. Bike storage is provided. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
