Old Farm House is a lovely stone-built annexe situated next to the owners' home, on the edge the village of Rowsley, near Bakewell. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of a king-size double with en-suite and a twin, together with a ground floor bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there's off road parking for two cars, a private courtyard with furniture and a shared lawned garden. Old Farm House is a delightful base for a couple or small family.
Gas central heating. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, shared washing machine and tumble dryer in external utility, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and Travel Cot available on request through the owner. Off road parking for 2 cars. Secure bike storage. Private courtyard with furniture, plus shared use of owners' lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pub and restaurants 5 mins walk. Note: There are two steps down to the ground floor bathroom.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
