This terraced, ground floor cottage is located on an equestrian farm near to Ashbourne in Derbyshire and can sleep six people in two bedrooms. Note: This property accommodates 4 adults and 2 children. Orchard Cottage is a ground floor, terraced cottage set on the owner's equestrian farm in the hamlet of Edlaston, just three miles from Ashbourne on the edge of the Peak District National Park. The cottage has two bedrooms (one double and one adult bunk) and a sofa bed in the sitting room which with the addition of a family bathroom makes it suitable for up to six people. Also included in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a wood burning stove. To the outside of the cottage is a shared lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue as well as ample off road parking. Perfect for discovering the countryside of the Peak District as well as the thrills of Alton Towers, Orchard Cottage has something for all of the family.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
