This semi-detached cottage is situated in the heart of Edgmond, Shropshire and can sleep six people in three bedrooms with a king-size double, a double and a ground floor twin. The interior also boasts a bathroom, ground floor shower room, open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a second dining/reading room and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Off-road parking for 2 cars and an enclosed, lawned garden at the rear with garden furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Lockable bike storage. Pub and shop just a few minutes walk away and plenty of walking, cycling and attractions nearby. Please note that this property can only accept bookings that check out on a Friday and Saturday. Please note that the staircase in the property is slightly narrow and steep. The property does have a handrail but the upstairs bedrooms are not advised for people with mobility issues or very small children, however, there is a downstairs twin bedroom and shower room if guests would prefer to use ground floor facilities.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
