Jim's Barn is a semi-detached barn conversion cottage on a farm near to Diggle in the Saddleworth region on the Peak District. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, one twin and a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking and a shared garden with outdoor furniture. Set in beautiful rolling countryside and with fabulous walking all around, Jim's Barn is a superb holiday cottage all year round.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and game, washing machine in the shared utility room. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Shared garden and patio area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 mile. Note: This is a working farm - children to be supervised at all times.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
