This cottage sleeps two people and has one mezzanine double bedroom with en-suite shower and a ground floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for one car and a front patio with furniture. The Mistle Carr Farm is a lovely romantic base with walks, cycle routes and attractions in abundance.
LPG central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, shared use of washer/dryer in owners' home, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Front patio with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 2 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: Owners' are able to provide home-cooked meals at an additional charge, please contact prior to arrival to arrange. Note: No children, including infants.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
