This first floor apartment is set close to the town of Buxton in the Peak District and sleeps two people in one twin bedroom. The Como Apartment is a first floor apartment, set 0.5 miles from Buxton in the Peak District. This cottage sleeps two people in a double bedroom, which can be made into a twin, and has a family shower room. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. To the outside of this cottage, there is off road parking for one car and a shared garden area with furniture. The Como Apartment is an ideal base from which to explore Buxton, the stunning Peak District National Park and many attractions.

Electric heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, library of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared garden area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
