This wonderful, detached cottage near Wirksworth in the Peak District can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. The Milk House is a marvellous, detached cottage overlooking stunning Derbyshire countryside just one mile from the quaint village of Wirksworth. The cottage is set over three floors, with a king-size double and a twin room on the lower ground floor and a king-size double and a twin room on the first floor. There is also a shower room and a separate WC upstairs, and a lower ground floor family bathroom. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove and patio doors leading outside to stunning views. Outside, there is a patio with furniture and roadside parking. Nestled in the heart of the Peak District, The Milk House is a wonderful base for exploring this glorious regions with friends and family, all year round!

Additional roadside parking available. Enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 mile.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
