Brightside in Winster, Derbyshire sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.  Brightside consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six guests, and sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), a double with en-suite shower and a mezzanine-style super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside is a private patio and off-road parking for 2 cars with EV charging for a supplement. The property can only accommodate 6 adults and one child. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels included. A travel cot and highchair are also available on request. Note: The property is surrounded by working farmland. Note: The property can only accommodate 6 adults and one child aged 12 yrs or under. This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £250

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
