The Gatehouse is a marvellous stone-built holiday home resting in Teversal near Mansfield, Nottinghamshire and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Hosting two super-king-size bedrooms, one with zi/link so can be a twin, a ground-floor king-size with en-suite bathroom and a double, this property can sleep up to eight people. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as a games room. The kitchen comprises an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. The rental price includes use of the central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels. For entertainment, there is a TV and WiFi. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard at the front of the property and an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and hot tub. There is off-road parking provided for up to FIVE cars. Apologies, but smoking is not permitted at this property. For your local amenities, there is a shop within 1.2 miles and a pub within 0.6 miles. Guests should be mindful that there are a handful of internal steps on the ground-floor that may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
