There’s an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, dining area and a sitting area with a Smart TV. WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there’s a non-enclosed decking with furniture and communal field with picnic benches and two ponds. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Off-road parking with EV charging for one car. Shop 0.1 miles and pub 0.2 miles. A romantic retreat awaits at the view. Note: Dogs aren't allowed upstairs, stairgate provided. Note: Strictly no fishing in the ponds. Please note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 100 GBP. Please note: This property does not accept local authority bookings. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
