The Cabin in Hartshill, Warwickshire sleeps two people in one bedroom. The Cabin consists of a kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, and toaster, a dining room, and a sitting room with smart TV. The bedroom is a double. Outside, there is a non-enclosed decking with furniture. enclosed lawn, plus lawns with ponds and picnic benches, and off-road parking for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and lake 0.1 mile, pub 0.1 mile. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Wherever your exploration takes you, enjoy all this with a stay at the cabin. Note: Guests have access to land around the property but are not permitted to fish in the lakes. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 100 GBP.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
