The Haybarn in Lichfield, Staffordshire, sleeps seven guests in four bedrooms. This cottage is set over three floors and has four bedrooms, a double with en-suite bathroom, a double, a mezzanine double and a single, along with a bathroom, a cloakroom, a kitchen/diner, a dining room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, and an external games room. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV, WiFi, a selection of games, pool table and table tennis table. Outside, there is driveway parking for four cars and a patio, decking, barbecue and furniture. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. A cot, highchair and stairgate are available. One well-behaved pet. Note: There are steps up into the master bedroom. Note: The light switches for the mezzanine bedroom are located outside the main bathroom. Note: The external studio can be rented for parties, yoga and other activities via Deanslade Events. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
