This stone cottage rests on a working farm in the Yorkshire village of Ripponden can sleep six people in three bedrooms.  1 Beeston Hall is a well-presented cottage with a stone exterior, nestled on a working farm in Ripponden, West Yorkshire. It boasts three bedrooms; a super king-size double (zip/link can be twins on request) with en-suite shower room, another super king-size double (zip/link can be twins on request) and a twin room (zip/link can be double on request), sleeping six altogether. Inside is also a bathroom and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. To the exterior is ample off-road parking and a garden at side with lawn, decking, furniture and outdoor hot tub.. 1 Beeston Hall is a wonderful retreat in a charming Yorkshire setting.

Underfloor heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Hot tub. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and 2 highchairs available on request (own bedding to be provided). Ample off-road parking. Bike store. Garden at side with lawn, decking and furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
