Hill Farm rests in Broomhall and can sleep six guests in three bedrooms. This cottage is located on a working farm and has a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and breakfast bar for six guests, a sitting room with an open fire and Smart TV, and an external games room with table tennis and dart board. The bedrooms consist of a double, a twin zip/link, and a 2'6 twin, along with a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a large garden with furniture, and off-road parking for three cars. Within 2.4 miles, there is a shop, and within 1.1, a pub. One well-behaved pet is welcome, but please note, this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for open fire, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: Low beams throughout, please take care. Note: Pets are only allowed on the ground floor. Note: Honesty box available to buy additional fuel for open fire. Hill Farm offers families and friends a rural retreat to explore Cheshire and North Wales.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
