Hosting five bedrooms, including two king-size, a double, a second-floor double and a second-floor twin, along with a shower room and a bathroom, this property can sleep up to ten guests. There is also a kitchen with breakfast area and woodburning stove, a living/dining room, a sitting room with woodburning stove and a first-floor snooker room with a bar. Outside there is off-road parking for up to seven cars as well as a large garden with extensive lawns, woodland, summerhouse, decking with a hot tub and a patio with dining furniture. Note: Low doorway and gutter from the snooker room to the hot tub area. Note: The steps from the driveway and patio up to the hot tub area can be slippy in wet weather, please take care. Note: Decking area around hot tub can become slippy when wet, care to be taken. Note: Plastic glasses will be provided for the hot tub area. Please note - no Sunday arrivals

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
