2 The Villa rests in Ludlow and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  This single-storey property consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) and a double, a long with a shower room. Outside, there is a side garden with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, this is a pet-free, non-smoking property. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and within 0.4 miles, a pub. Highchair and travel cot available on request. 2 The Villa is a lovely base for exploring the historic town of Ludlow. Please note: The side garden is not enclosed. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
