Bay View is a luxury holiday apartment in Waren Mill, a converted grain mill dating from Norman times. Waren Mill's 16 apartments have been fitted and furnished to the highest standards, and Bay View has three bedrooms - two doubles (one with en-suite) and one twin. The bathroom and kitchen are extremely well-equipped and the open plan living room has attractive leather furniture. The apartment is on the first floor and has stunning views over to Lindisfarne. Bay View is a wonderful haven for those looking for a relaxing break in this beautiful part of Northumberland.

WiFi. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen, towels and 2 bathrobes inc. in rent. Highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Storage area for garden furniture, bikes etc. Shared use of land around mill and garden furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles (Bamburgh). Note: Check-in 4pm, Check-out 11am. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
