The Tree Line 45 is a fabulous lodge resting in Swarland near Felton, Northumberland and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The living areas in the single-storey lodge include an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker, a dining area for four people, and a sitting area with a Smart TV, sofa bed and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with a TV and en-suite shower room, and a twin with a TV, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a wrap-around decking with furniture, shared lawn areas, off-road parking for one car, and roadside parking for two cars. Within 3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.8, a pub. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but please note that smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy contemporary comforts in gorgeous, rural Northumberland surroundings at The Tree Line 45. Note: Guests have access to: a golf course, tennis courts, regular visits from food outlets, a play area and membership to the swimming pool in Alnwick.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
