The Haven consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and a living/dining room with seating for four, a TV and wood burner & multi-fuel stove - please bring your own fuel. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin (zip/link can be king-size on request), serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a front non-enclosed patio with bench, rear enclosed patio with furniture, and roadside parking. Within 0.6 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub, and within 1.3 miles, a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. One well-behaved pet welcome. WiFi, enough logs for a first fire, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Explore the coast of Northumberland with a stay at The Haven. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. . Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
