Anstead House, Seahouses, Northumberland, sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. Annstead House is an immaculately presented detached holiday home tucked away in a quiet cul de sac just off King Street in Seahouses. This lovely dog friendly property benefits from gardens to both front and rear, with driveway parking for two cars whilst being ideally positioned to be within walking distance of all local shops and amenities as well as the beach and harbour. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Kitchen with induction hob, double oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Lounge/diner with comfy sofas, TV, dining table and chairs and air source heater. Conservatory with comfy seating and doors to the rear garden. Bedroom 1 with King size bed, fitted wardrobes, wall mounted TV with en-suite wet room with walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 2 with zip and link super King size bed can be set up as two single beds on request. Bedroom 3 with double bed and fitted wardrobes. Shower room with shower cubicle, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail and sea views. OTHER FACILITIES Private parking for 2 cars. Secure private garden to rear and grassed area to front, garden furniture. Oil central heating. All power, linen and towels included in the rental. Shed for storage of bikes, golf clubs etc. Washer/drier in garage. Two dogs welcome (dog bowls and covers for furniture provided).

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
