Fisherman's Cottage is a traditionally-built stone cottage which has been brought fully up-to-date and is located in the fishing village of Seahouses in Northumberland. The three bedrooms comprise two doubles and one twin which with the family bathroom make it suitable for six people. There is a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and a living flame electric fire. Just a couple of minutes walk from the harbour, Fisherman's Cottage is a charming, pleasantly furnished and well-equipped property which is perfect for groups of family or friends enjoying this beautiful part of Northumberland.
Oil central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Parking available in pay and display car park approx 400 yards from property. One well-behaved pet. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk Please note between March and October this property will only accept week long bookings .

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
