The property has been finished to a high standard with quality fixtures and fittings and benefits from private parking. It is ideally situated and arranged for all types of holiday makers including couples, families and groups for diving, cycling or bird watching. There is a wide variety of shops, pubs and eating places and a local market store. Famous Bamburgh is just a few minutes drive away. SHORT BREAKS AVAILABLE ALL YEAR WITH FLEXIBLE START DAY. ACCOMMODATION OVER ONE LEVEL (1st Floor) Spacious hallway with stairs leading to the first floor. Living/dining room with Smart TV / Blu-ray and DVD Player, table and chairs, and views towards Bamburgh Castle. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Bedroom 1 with super king size zip link (can be set up as a twin on request) and TV. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, TV. Bedroom 3 with super king size zip link (can be set up as a twin on request) and TV. Bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin and heated towel rail. Separate WC. OTHER FACILITIES Electric heating. All electricity, bed linen and towels included in rent. Private parking for 2 cars in shared car park. Cot and highchair to hire. One dog welcome. £150 refundable security deposit required.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
