This cosy, dog friendly property is ideal for a break any time of the year. Just a short stroll from the village centre there are plenty of amenities including cafés, restaurants and local pubs where you can enjoy live entertainment at weekends. A few minutes’ walk away are the sandy beaches where you can wander north to Bamburgh or head south to the fishing village of Beadnell. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Entrance hall with stairs leading to the first floor. Lounge with comfy seating, Smart TV, and open fire. Dining room / snug with sofa, Smart TV, open fire and dining table and chairs. Kitchen with brand new electric Rangemaster classic double oven (Nov 23), dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother (please bring own capsules) Cloakroom with WC and basin. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink with access to the rear. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with King size zip-link bed that can be set up as a twin on request, dresser and wardrobe. Bedroom 2 with two single beds and wardrobe. Bedroom 3 with double bed. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
