Glebe House is a delightful annex sitting in Dalton-le-Dale near Seaham, County Durham and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: one double with TV, balcony and en-suite shower facilities, two doubles with en-suite shower rooms. There is also a kitchen/diner with TV and woodburning stove, and a sitting room with gas fire. Outside there is off-road parking, a private patio that leads down to a shared, enclosed lawn, as well as a balcony with furniture and hot tub. Guests are politely requested to bring their own towels for the Hot tub. There is gas central heating with a gas fire and woodburning stove. The kitchen is where you will find an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The property additionally hosts a Smart TV, two TVs and WiFi. Fuel, power and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are included in the cost. Bed linen and towels are also included, apart from the hit tub.. Sorry, no pets or smoking is allowed at the annex. Please note that the master bedroom is open-plan with the en-suite shower facilities. The property is adjoined to the owner's home, please consider this when booking. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
