Armstrong Cottage No22, Northumberland, sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms. Armstrong Cottages No22 is an attractive, spacious cottage located on the very popular Armstrong Cottages estate originally built by Lord Armstrong for the workmen restoring Bamburgh Castle. The property offers a home from home with space for all the family to enjoy the cosy and comfortable accommodation in peaceful surroundings. Only a short walk to the village centre where there are plenty of pubs and restaurants and the famous Bamburgh Castle. The cottage is only a stones throw from the dunes where you can walk straight onto the beach. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Living room with Smart TV and feature fireplace. Dining room with dining table and chairs. Conservatory with easy seating and coffee table. Kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, bread maker, fridge, freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom 1 with double bed. Family bathroom with shower over bath, WC, heated towel rail and basin. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 2 with king size bed and en suite shower room with WC and basin. Bedroom 3 with twin beds. Bedroom 4 with bunk beds. Family shower room with WC and basin. OTHER FACILITIES Externally there is parking for 2 cars to the front with a small lawn area and to the rear the is an enclosed garden with furniture. All power, linen and towels included in the rent. Oil fired central heating.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
