Lavender Cottage, Seahouses, Northumberland, sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. Lavender Cottage is a beautiful stone built property, and part of the popular Village Farm development located at the north end of Seahouses. The property offers spacious, light and airy accommodation throughout including an extra living room.There are gardens both sides and French doors lead to a lovely patio with furniture to enjoy breakfast or an evening drink. Seahouses harbour is a 10 minute walk away and it is in easy reach of Bamburgh, Alnwick and other Northumberland attractions. GROUND FLOOR Formal living room with gas stove, flat screen TV/DVD and French doors leading out to enclosed rear garden and patio area. Open plan living/kitchen/dining room - Living area with comfy seating, TV, games and starry night boxes Kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar and Belfast sink. Dining room with dining table and seating for 6 guests Utility room with washing machine. Cloakroom with WC, and wash hand basin. Bedroom 1 with king size bed, wardrobe and chest storage. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
