The cottage sleeps six people in two king-size double bedrooms (one with en-suite shower room), and one twin, and there's also a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for three cars in a car park 20 yards from the property, Near to this is also a woodland play area for children including swings and slides. The property also has a patio with furniture. Situated in a lovely part of England, Sawmill Cottage is an ideal family cottage. Gas central heating and underfloor electric heating (in en-suite shower room and bathroom) with a woodburning stove. Gas range cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 4 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games, and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen, towels, and bathrobes inc. in rent. Highchair on request. Load/unload outside property only. Off-road parking for 3 cars in a free, dedicated car park 20 yards from the property. Near to this is also a private woodland play area for children including swings and slides. Enclosed front patio with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Coast 4 miles. Note: A stream runs through the property grounds and there are a number of unfenced ponds and a private lake for fishing and swimming. The woodland is also suitable for leisurely walks. Also available is a farm experience for children to meet our goats, horses, ducks and cats, and chickens. Children to be supervised at all times. Note: Check-in time is 4PM . This property will accept two dogs for bookings made after 31st Aug 2024

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
