Eastfield is a beautiful, newly renovated, semi-detached cottage in the coastal village of Low Newton, perched on the edge of the beach with stunning panoramic views along the beach to Embleton and Dunstanburgh Castle beyond. Nestled on the hillside and just a few metres from the beach, the cottage is the perfect destinations for families or friends wanting a seaside break. With open plan living accommodation, light and airy bedrooms and three bathrooms this is the ideal cottage to relax in, there is also a small garden and patio area with furniture which is a safe haven for children to play in or for the adults to sit and watch the tides at the end of a long day. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Entrance to hallway with cupboard housing the washing machine. Open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. Kitchen area with electric oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, large American style fridge and microwave. Dining area with table and chairs and picture window with stunning views towards Dunstanburgh Castle. Lounge area with comfy sofas, large TV and access to the patio via French doors. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
