Offering modern, well presented comfortable accommodation, it is a perfect hideaway for two people and their four legged friend with some wonderful walks on your doorstep. Beachside also benefits from private parking and a private rear patio with views towards Simonside Hills. Close by is the Hauxley bird reserve that is perfect for keen bird watchers and nature lovers and Coquet Island an offshore bird sanctuary. With the fishing village of Amble nestled a couple of miles north, Beachside offers a stunning, quiet location whilst having all local amenities and comforts within easy reach. ACCOMMODATION ON ONE LEVEL (Ground Floor) French doors into the openplan Lounge/Kitchenette. Comfy 3 seater sofa, wall mounted TV, electric woodburner type stove, bistro style table and 2 chairs. Microwave, Tefal Multi Cooker (great for casseroles, grilling and steam cooking), electric 2-ring Hob, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster - Halogen oven available on request (space and energy efficient), air fryer & slow cooker. Bedroom with zip and link super King size bed that can be set up as twin beds on request, dressing table, wardrobe, doors to private patio. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
